2 Before you start
You can only do what your administrator has allowed. If a button is missing or a page says AccessDenied, ask your administrator to check your access.
What each permission lets you do
Your administrator sets these under Roles & Access → Role Master → SALES → Customer DB.
| Permission | What it lets you do |
|---|---|
| View | Open the customer list, open the side panel and use the Verify if Customer Exists page. |
| Create | Add a customer and save addresses, contacts, bank details and documents. |
| Update | Open the edit page and save company information. |
| Delete | Remove an address, contact, bank detail or document. There is no button to delete a whole customer. |
| Choose Owner When Adding | Pick yourself or a team member as the owner of a new customer. This is off by default. |
Tip: After your administrator changes your permissions, sign out and sign in again so the change takes effect.
Keep these details ready
