11. Messages and what to do

Messages are shown as they appear on screen.

Message	What to do
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required	Fill in Company Name, Country and Currency before you save.
check at least one address type!	Tick Invoice, Office or Warehouse Address.
WDA no is required please add !	Type the WDA No. for the warehouse address.
Primary address set successfully!	No action needed. The address is now primary.
Please enter hash key !	Type the Hash Key and save again, or close the window.
Supplier hash key save successfully	No action needed.
Document uploded successfully	No action needed. Check that the document is in the list.
file with same name already exists !	Rename the file or check the list before uploading again.
you can not upload file name with image.png, please renmae it to upload !	Rename the file to something other than image.png and upload again.
Document replaced successfully	No action needed.
Document deleted successfully!	No action needed.
You have no enough permissions to request this resource.	Ask your administrator to check your role permissions.
something goes wrong please try again, if problem continues please report this bug to administrator	Check whether the action is already done before you try again. If it keeps happening, tell your administrator the time and what you were doing.

When an expected result is missing

Situation	What to check
The list shows "No items to display"	Wait a few seconds. The list takes time to load. If it stays empty, clear the filter boxes.
A supplier is not in the list	Clear the filters. Then ask your administrator to check owner and access.
Nothing happens when you click View/Update Key	Use the pencil beside Hash Key on the side panel.
The ADD SUPPLIER button is not visible	Scroll down. It is at the bottom right, under the search results.
You cannot choose an Onboarding Agent	The box is greyed out for most users. Ask your administrator.
